该文采用管理学中的经济人假设理论和心理学中的期望价值成就动机模型对经理管理防御心理产生的动机和原因进行分析发现:人性假设中的经济性和自利性是引发经理管理防御动机的本质原因;经理同时具有追求成功和避免失败的成就动机倾向,其中避免失败的倾向使经理具有职位固守的动机,也是引发经理管理防御动机的内在原因;信息不对称导致的风险和激励则是引发经理管理防御动机的外在诱因。
This article analyzes the motives and causes of managerial defensive mentality by using the economic man hypothesis theory in management and the expected value achievement motive model in psychology. He finds that the economy and self-interest in the hypothesis of human nature are the trigger for managerial defense. The essential reason of motivation is that managers have the tendency to pursue success and avoid failure. The tendency of avoiding failure makes the manager hold the position of the motivation, and it is also the internal reason that causes the manager to manage the defensive motive. The information and the asymmetry lead to the risk and motivation. It is the external incentive that causes the manager to manage the defense motivation.
