以自然生长状态下的三年生凫早二号新梢和迎霜、龙井43的留养秋梢茶树叶片为供试材料,通过对茶树无性系后代单株间抗性生理因子的差异分析及其在不同部位的分布规律研究,结果表明:随叶位变化,SOD活性总体呈上升趋势,随着叶龄增加,增长幅度减缓,活性也渐趋于稳定,且茶树无性系后代单株间,SOD、POD、MDA和电导率的差异不显著,个别甚至达到了极不显著水平;对于试验时的取样部位,考虑到修剪、采摘、病虫害、光线、温度等因素影响,建议选用木质化部位的成熟叶叶片,以减少实验误差。
The leaves of three-year-old 凫 Zao-2 and Ying-shuang, Longjing 43 in the natural growth state were used as materials to study the differences of the physiological factors of resistance among single plants in clonal descendants of tea plant The results showed that with the change of leaf position, the SOD activity generally showed an upward trend.
