有人曾研究过铋与吡啶偶氮类显色剂的显色反应,但3,5-二溴吡啶偶氮间氨基酚(PAAP)却不曾被研究。本文研究以Bi-PA-AP-OP体系分光光度法测定微量铋。实验结果表明,本法灵敏度较某些有表面活性剂参与的三元体系的灵敏度高,摩尔吸光系数ε=3.26×10~4,比吸光度a=0.40。本法虽不及离子缔合萃取光度法灵敏,但避免了使用有机溶剂萃取,可防止污染及简化操作。
The color reaction of bismuth with a pyridine azo-based developer has been studied, but 3,5-dibromopyridylazinophenol (PAAP) has not been studied. In this paper, the Bi-PA-AP-OP system spectrophotometric determination of trace bismuth. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of this method is higher than that of some ternary systems with surfactant. The molar absorptivity ε = 3.26 × 10 ~ 4 and specific absorbance a = 0.40. Although this method is not sensitive to ion-association extraction photometry, it avoids the use of organic solvent extraction to prevent contamination and simplify handling.
