民族地区高校进行法学双语教学,是培养复合型人才、满足社会需要的重要途径,也是教育部对高校教学的要求。在双语教学实践中,民族地区高校法学双语教学在教育观念、教育基础、师资力量、教学模式等方面都存在诸多问题,笔者认为应从民族地区高校双语教学自身特点出发,以双语教学的实效性作为立足点,找到适合民族地区特色的高校法学双语教学之路。
The bilingual education of law schools in ethnic areas is an important way to train compound talents and meet the needs of society. It is also the requirement of Ministry of Education for teaching in universities. In bilingual teaching practice, there are many problems in bilingual teaching of law in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas in terms of educational concepts, basic education, teachers’ ability and teaching mode. According to the characteristics of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, Based on this, we can find a bilingual teaching method suitable for the characteristics of minority areas.
