从论证高等军事院校科学研究在人才培养和军校建设发展中的地位和作用出发，探讨了军事院校科学研究与教学的辩证关系，分析了处理好这一关系应把握的原则，阐明了军事院校开展科学研究的主要任务，提出了院校成为“两个中心”的主要标准和为实现这一标准而应努力的方向，并得出结论：教学和科研二者是相互补充。相得益彰的，都是军事院校人才培养的重要途径。
Based on the demonstration of the position and function of scientific research in higher military academies in talent cultivation and military academy construction and development, this paper explores the dialectical relationship between scientific research and teaching in military academies, analyzes the principle of handling this relationship well, The main task of colleges and universities in carrying out scientific research puts forward the main criteria for colleges and universities to become “two centers” and the direction that they should make efforts to achieve this standard. It concludes that both teaching and scientific research complement each other. Complement each other, are an important way to train personnel in military academies and universities.
