通过分析碱金属在高炉内的还原和循环机理,研究了碱金属对焦炭、烧结矿、球团矿等原料冶金性能的影响。结果表明:随着碱负荷的增加,焦炭的CRI升高,CSR下降,当焦炭中碱负荷由0.0 kg/t升高到0.7 kg/t时,焦炭的反应性增加14.28%,反应后强度下降14.39%,可见少量的碱金属就能催化焦炭的气化反应;随着碱负荷的增加,烧结矿和球团矿的低温还原粉化率RDI-3.15和RDI-0.5升高,而RDI+6.3却迅速下降。严格控制烧结矿、球团矿、焦炭的碱金属含量是降低碱金属危害的根本措施。
By analyzing the reduction and circulation mechanism of alkali metals in the blast furnace, the effects of alkali metals on metallurgical properties of raw materials such as coke, sinter and pellet were studied. The results showed that with the increase of alkali load, the CRI of coke increased and the CSR decreased. When the coke alkali load increased from 0.0 kg / t to 0.7 kg / t, the reactivity of coke increased by 14.28% and the strength decreased after the reaction 14.39%. It can be seen that a small amount of alkali metal can catalyze the gasification reaction of coke. With the increase of alkali load, the RDI-3.15 and RDI-0.5 of sinter ore and pellet increase, while RDI + 6.3 But rapidly declined. Strict control of sinter, pellets, coke alkali content is the fundamental measure to reduce the hazards of alkali metals.
