以蓝莓品种‘薄雾’(‘Misty’)为试材,开展基质类型、生根营养液浓度、生根剂种类及浓度对蓝莓试管苗室内瓶外生根的影响研究。结果表明,以1 000 m L透明塑料盒为生根容器,以珍珠岩为生根基质,添加经煮沸灭菌的低浓度生根营养液(1/6WPM),营养液中加入2~3 mg/L IBA,取蓝莓试管苗扦插于其中,在室内继代培养条件下,插后21 d生根率在70%以上,插后40 d生根率在95%以上,根系均为短粗的白色须根,数量多,苗木长势健壮,且操作简单,炼苗移栽管理方便、易成活。
The effects of substrate type, concentration of rooting nutrient solution, rooting agent type and concentration on the rooting of blueberry in vitro were studied with ’Misty’, a blueberry variety. The results showed that 1 000 m L transparent plastic box was used as rooting container, perlite was used as rooting medium, boiled and sterilized low concentration rooting nutrient solution (1 / 6WPM) was added, and 2 ~ 3 mg / L IBA , Blueberry in vitro test tube shoots were planted in it. Under the condition of indoor subculture, the rooting rate was above 70% at 21 days after inoculation, and the rooting rate was above 95% at 40 days after inoculation. The roots were all short and thick white fibrous roots, , Nursery stock grows strong, and the operation is simple, easy to survive.
