目的建立鲜鱼腥草药材高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱的分析方法,为有效控制鲜鱼腥草药材的质量奠定基础。方法采用HPLC技术,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,记录时间72 min,分析13批鲜鱼腥草药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果在选定的色谱条件下通过相似度分析,确定了7个色谱峰构成鲜鱼腥草药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论采用HPLC所建立的指纹图谱具有稳定、重复性好的特点,可用于鲜鱼腥草药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of fresh Houttuynia cordata Thunb. By high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprinting, and lay a foundation for the effective control of the quality of fresh Houttuynia cordata. Methods The HPLC method was used. The column was Inertsil ODS-3 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 m L / Record time 72 min, HPLC analysis of 13 batches of fresh Houttuynia HPLC fingerprints. Results Through the similarity analysis of the selected chromatographic conditions, the characteristic peaks of seven fingerprints of fresh Herba Houttuyniae were determined. Conclusion The fingerprint established by HPLC has the characteristics of stability and repeatability and can be used for quality control of fresh Houttuynia cordata.
