本文研究了用不溶性阳极电解钴的行为,讨论了电解质的浓度、电流密度与电流效率的关系,也考查了各种金属离子和有机萃取剂对电解钴的影响。实验结果表明:盐酸体系的电流效率比硫酸体系的电流效率高;Zn~(2+)、Ni~(2+)等金属离子对电解钴的质量有明显的影响;而Mn~(2+)离子的存在是无关紧要的,值得注意的是,有机萃取剂对电解的影响是一个很重要的问题。
In this paper, the behavior of cobalt with insoluble anodes was studied. The relationship between electrolyte concentration, current density and current efficiency was discussed. The effects of various metal ions and organic extractants on electrolytic cobalt were also investigated. The experimental results show that the current efficiency of hydrochloric acid system is higher than the current efficiency of sulfuric acid system; the metal ions such as Zn ~ (2 +) and Ni ~ (2+) have a significant effect on the quality of electrolytic cobalt; The presence of ions is irrelevant. It is noteworthy that the effect of organic extractant on electrolysis is a very important issue.
