目的:研究生长调节剂对款冬花的产量与质量的影响。方法:用不同激素处理,研究激素对产量的影响,用SPSS9.0软件处理分析;用HPLC法测定不同激素处理的款冬花的有效成分芦丁的含量。采用HPLC法,色谱柱迪马C18柱,250mm×4.6mm×0.5μm;流动相:甲醇-水(0.025moL·mL-1):磷酸(40:60);流速:1mL·min-1;波长:360nm,柱温:25℃。芦丁在0.04008~0.4008μg范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9999),平均回收率为99.4%,(RSD=2.14%)。结果:国光比九、矮壮素能显著提高款冬花的粒重(P<0.05),矮壮素、云大120、国光比九、植物基因活化剂能显著提高款冬花产量(P<0.05),赤霉素能减少款冬花产量。另外,26个激素处理的款冬花样品的芦丁含量无显著性变化。结论:生长调节剂(赤霉素除外)能提高款冬花的产量,对其有效成分的含量的影响无显著差异。
Objective: To study the effects of growth regulators on yield and quality of Coltsfoot flowers. Methods: The effects of hormones on yield were studied with different hormones. The analysis was performed with SPSS9.0 software. The content of rutin in the effective components of Coltsfoot flowers treated with different hormones was determined by HPLC. HPLC method, column Dima C18 column, 250mm×4.6mm×0.5μm; mobile phase: methanol-water (0.025moL·mL-1): phosphoric acid (40:60); flow rate: 1mL·min-1; wavelength : 360 nm, column temperature: 25°C. Rutin has a good linearity in the range of 0.04008-0.4008 μg (R2 = 0.9999), with an average recovery of 99.4% (RSD = 2.14%). RESULTS: Guoguangbijiu and Caijingsu could significantly increase the weight of Coltsfoot flowers (P<0.05). Chlormequat, Yunda 120, Guoguangbijiu and plant gene activators could significantly increase coltsfoot flower yield (P<0.05). Gibberellin can reduce Coltsfoot flower production. In addition, there was no significant change in the rutin content of the 26 hormone-treated Coltsfoot flowers. Conclusion: Growth regulators (except gibberellin) can increase the yield of Coltsfoot flowers, and there is no significant difference in the effect of their active ingredient content.
