黄背木耳是毛木耳中的一个种,原产于我国台湾。近几年在我省发展很快,有不少县代料栽培达一千万袋以上,产值约两千万元,已成为我县农村中收入较好的种植业之一。但是黄背木耳属高温菌种,为使出耳赶到6—8月高温季节,生产上都在头年12月及翌年1—3月制作菌种,由于一般都是用棉籽壳作主料,菌丝生长慢,扩繁系数小,在严冬季节里要对菌种培养室加温,能耗大,成本高。为此,我们从1988年开始用麦粒代替棉籽壳制作原种。两年来的小试和在生产单位数千瓶中试,均收到了好的效果,现简介如下: Yellow back fungus is a species of hair fungus, native to China’s Taiwan.
