目的:为探讨内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在脑梗塞中的作用及相互关系。方法:应用放射免疫分析法同步测定40例脑梗塞患者和30例正常对照者血浆ET和CGRP含量。结果:脑梗塞急性期血浆ET和CGRP含量均较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01),CGRP/ET值显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),中-重度脑梗塞组血浆CGRP/ET值显著低于轻度组。结论:ET为致损伤因素,急性期CGRP的升高可能是一种代偿机制,且与其拮抗ET的作用有关;CGRP与ET间平衡紊乱可能是脑梗塞发生发展的重要因素,血浆CGRP/ET值可做为判断病情程度及预后的一项参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the role and relationship of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in cerebral infarction. Methods: Plasma ET and CGRP levels in 40 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 normal controls were simultaneously determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The levels of plasma ET and CGRP in the acute phase of cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01), and the CGRP / ET values were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.01), moderate to severe cerebral infarction Group plasma CGRP / ET values were significantly lower than the mild group. CONCLUSION: ET is an injury-inducing factor. The increase of CGRP in acute phase may be a compensatory mechanism, which may be related to the antagonism of ET. The imbalance between CGRP and ET may be an important factor in the development of cerebral infarction. Plasma CGRP / ET Value can be used as a reference to determine the severity and prognosis of the disease.
