目前多数地勘单位存在人才流失严重,尤其是高层次人才,其原因在于单位人才意识不强,劳动报酬分配制度跟不上改革步伐,激励措施不完善,人才使用方面存在误区。通过对这些原因的分析,本文提出了目前地勘单位减少人才流失,吸引必需人才的一些对策措施。
At present, most geological exploration units have serious brain drain, especially high-level talents. The reason is that the unit consciousness of personnel is not strong, the distribution system of labor remuneration can not keep pace with the reform, the incentive measures are imperfect, and the use of talents is misunderstood. Based on the analysis of these reasons, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the current geological exploration units to reduce the brain drain and attract the necessary talent.
