目的探讨紫茎泽兰醇提取物对大鼠致畸作用。方法按照《农药登记毒理学试验方法》,将孕鼠随机分为5组,紫茎泽兰高、中、低剂量组(分别于孕第6~16 d经口灌胃给予1 000、500、200 mg/kg紫茎泽兰醇提取物),阴性对照组(蒸馏水),阳性对照组(阿司匹林300 mg/kg)。于妊娠第20 d处死孕鼠,观察孕鼠生殖情况和胎鼠生长发育、骨骼内脏畸形情况。结果紫茎泽兰中、高剂量组吸收胎率分别为15.08%和7.62%,与阴性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它各剂量紫茎泽兰组孕鼠进食、活动、体重增长、死胎率均未见明显影响;与阴性对照组比较,胎鼠体重、身长、尾长无明显差异(P>0.05);胎鼠外观、骨骼、内脏检查均未发现明显畸形。结论紫茎泽兰醇提取物具有一定胚胎毒性,无明显致畸作用。
Objective To investigate the teratogenic effects of alcohol extract of Eupatorium adenophorum on rats. Methods According to “Toxicological test of pesticide registration”, pregnant rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, high, medium and low dose of Eupatorium adenophorum group (respectively, 200 mg / kg Eupatorium adenophorum alcohol extract), negative control group (distilled water), positive control group (aspirin 300 mg / kg). On the 20th day of gestation, the pregnant rats were sacrificed and the reproductive status of pregnant rats and the growth and development of fetal rats were observed. Results Compared with the negative control group, the absorption rate of middle and high dose of Eupatorium adenophorum was 15.08% and 7.62%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in body weight, body length and tail length between the control group and the negative control group (P> 0.05). No significant deformity was found in the appearance, skeletal and visceral examination of the fetus. Conclusions Eupatorium adenophorum alcohol extract has some embryotoxicity and no obvious teratogenicity.
