随着我国市场经济的发展,各行各业对市场营销专业的人才均有较大需求。目前,人才市场需求状况最主要的两大特点就是职位淘汰率高和对工作经验的要求高。因为同一专业应届毕业生所学的理论知识没有太大区别,所以用人单位开始越来越看重人才的综合素质和能力,例如,学生社会实践能力、处理人际关系的能力和不断学习的能力等。如何在现有的条件下,培养和提高学生的社会实践能力,一直是高校致力解决的重要问题之一。
With the development of market economy in our country, all walks of life have greater demand for marketing professionals. At present, the two major characteristics of the demand situation in the talent market are the high elimination rate and the high demand for work experience. Because the same professional graduates did not learn much theoretical knowledge, so employers began to pay more and more attention to the overall quality and ability of personnel, such as student social practice ability, ability to handle interpersonal relationships and continuous learning ability. How to cultivate and improve students’ ability of social practice under the existing conditions has always been one of the important issues that colleges and universities are committed to solving.
