目前很多高职院校和企事业单位积极开展了校内生产性实训基地建设并取得了较大进展,但由于未能使教学性和生产性有机结合,导致产生了一些问题,从而未能真正实现校企“双赢”的初衷。在分析研究的基础上,提出了顺应时代发展,增强自我适应性;改革教学方式,实现公平教育;承担历史使命,共育技能人才;改革用工方式,构建协同融通的人才机制;创新管理手段,完善考核机制等观点。
