1 病历摘要患者男,39岁。因左侧面部、颈部、头部疣状增生性斑块20余年于2015年9月就诊于我院皮肤科门诊。患者20余年前左侧面部无明显诱因出现红色斑块,无明显自觉症状,未予治疗。随年龄增长,斑块逐渐增大,延伸至左侧头顶部及颈部,并出现疣状增生,颜色由红色逐渐转变为浅褐色。既往体健,无癫痫等病史,否认肝炎、结核等传染病病史。父母为近亲结婚,家中4兄妹均健康,无类似疾病史。否认有遗传性 1 patient summary Male patient, 39 years old.
