研究了V型腔Nd∶YVO4/KTP绿光激光器中的输出镜反射相移的产生原因。结合Ⅱ类相位匹配KTP倍频晶体的倍频特性,首次分析了反射相移对腔内基频光偏振特性及Ⅱ类相位匹配倍频效率的影响。结果发现:当反射相移△在0~π范围内变化时,倍频效率随△的增大而降低;当△<2°时,倍频效率相对于理想情况下降幅度很小,可忽略不计。利用矩阵法对输出镜多层膜特性进行了分析,通过合理控制入射角度,减小了反射相移,提高了激光器的倍频效率。
The reason of the output mirror reflection phase shift in V-type cavity Nd:YVO4 / KTP green laser was studied. Combined with the frequency-doubling properties of phase-matched KTP multiplier crystal, the effects of phase-shift of phase-shift on the polarization characteristics of fundamental frequency light and the phase-matching frequency-doubling efficiency of phase-II are analyzed for the first time. The results show that the frequency doubling efficiency decreases with the increase of △ when the reflection phase shift △ changes within the range of 0 ~ π. When Δ <2 °, the frequency doubling efficiency is small relative to the ideal case, negligible . The matrix method was used to analyze the characteristics of the output mirror multilayers. By controlling the angle of incidence reasonably, the reflection phase shift was reduced and the frequency multiplication efficiency of the laser was improved.
