难治性心力衰竭（心衰）常规治疗往往无效或效果不显著。１９９６年１０月～１９９８年１０月，我们采用中西医结合治疗４８例心衰患者，并与西医组３２例对比观察，报告如下。１ 病例与方法１１ 病例：８０例难治性心衰患者诊断均符合文献〔１〕标准。患者随机分为２组。
Conventional treatment of refractory heart failure (heart failure) is often ineffective or not effective. From October 1996 to October 1998, we treated 48 patients with heart failure with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and compared them with 32 cases in Western medicine group.
