目的:探讨胶束纸色谱在分离、鉴定黄酮类化合物中的应用。方法:采用高于临界胶束浓度的SDS、BzBr水溶液作展开剂通过纸色谱法分离和检测桑色素、杨梅黄素等8种黄酮甙和甙元,并对胶束浓度和有机添加剂影响分离效果作了观察。结果:0.01~0.02mol/L的SDS或BzBr胶束展开体系适宜于分离黄酮甙类,而当展开剂中0.06mol/L的SDS水溶液与乙酰乙酸乙酯的体积比为10∶1时,黄酮甙元可以得到满意的分离效果。结论:胶束纸色谱能简便、快速、准确分离和鉴别黄酮类化合物。
Objective: To investigate the application of micellar paper chromatography in the separation and identification of flavonoids. METHODS: Eight kinds of flavonoid glycosides and aglycone, including morin and myricetin, were separated and detected by paper chromatography using SDS and BzBr aqueous solution above the critical micelle concentration as developing solvent. The effects of micellar concentration and organic additives on the separation efficiency were studied. Made an observation. Results: The SDS / BzBr micellar system with 0.01-0.02 mol / L was suitable for the separation of flavonoid glycosides. However, when the volume ratio of 0.06 mol / L SDS to ethyl acetoacetate in the solvent was 10: 1, flavonoid aglycone can be satisfied with the separation effect. Conclusion: Micellar paper chromatography can be easily, quickly and accurately separated and identified flavonoids.
