The effects of composition and size on the precipitation behavior of precipitated phases in vanadium-bearing and nitrogen-containing microalloyed mild steel were studied by means of sample electrolysis, XRD and TEM. The results show that the size effect of vanadium is affected greatly by the size effect of mild steel under the same controlled rolling and controlled cooling conditions. With the increase of size, the vanadium precipitation rate of 32 mm increases about 30% than that of 22mm, and the precipitation of M3C increases by more than 20% , Precipitated in the form of MC increased by about 5%. With the increase of nitrogen content, the precipitation rate of Vanadium in 22 mm increased to 45% ~ 50%, of which the precipitation rate was 30% ~ 35% in MC form and precipitated as M3C The rate of 13% ~ 15%; increased vanadium content, nitrogen utilization increased significantly; vanadium carbonitride precipitates to 5 ~ 15 nm of the small particles, accompanied by a small amount of large particles.
