某渠道混凝土衬砌底板冻融剥蚀破坏的处理

在北方冬季最低气温低于零度地区,大中型渠道混凝土衬砌底板部位在施工阶段容易出现冻融剥蚀破坏。结合工程实例,详细介绍了低温地区混凝土剥蚀破坏中冻融破坏的机理和修补方法。混凝土在与水长时间接触后,表层吸水饱和,经过反复冻融循环,出现表层冻融剥蚀破坏,因此,对破坏区域应进行“凿旧补新”修补。聚合物水泥砂浆是一种理想的薄层冻融剥蚀修补材料,当冻融剥蚀破坏深度浅、面积大时,可采用其作为修补材料。 In the northern winter minimum temperature below zero temperature, large and medium-sized channel concrete lining the bottom of the site prone to freeze-thaw erosion during construction.
