1.病例介绍 患者女,28岁,置金属单环避孕6年无不适,2年前因要求生育到本院取环,由于IUD嵌顿子宫肌层钩出后剪断而渐渐拉出。术后2年未孕并伴腰骶部疼痛而复诊于本院。妇查宫颈光滑,宫体水平位大小正常,活动可,双附件未及异常。B超示:部分IUD位于宫腔右侧并嵌顿,诊断部分IUD残留,故在“B”超指示下将残留IUD取出,长约8cm金属丝,反复检查无遗留后术毕。
1. Case description Female patient, 28 years old, single-ring metal ring contraception 6 years without discomfort, 2 years ago due to the requirements of childbearing to our hospital to take the ring, due to IUD incarcerated myometrium hooked off and gradually pulled out. 2 years after pregnancy and without lumbosacral pain and referral in this hospital. Cervical smooth cervix, Palace level normal size, activity can be, double attachment without exception. B ultrasound showed: part of the IUD in the right side of the uterine cavity and incarcerated, the diagnosis of some IUD residues, so the “B” under the instructions of the residual IUD removed, about 8cm wire, repeatedly checked without leaving surgery.
