目的 了解新乡市中小学教师的心理健康状况。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )对新乡市 1 1 6名中小学教师进行问卷调查 ,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 新乡市中小学教师 SCL-90的总分、总均分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分均比全国常模高 ;中学教师除躯体化因子和强迫因子外 ,各因子分均高于小学教师 ;高中教师各因子分均高于初中教师 ;重点中学教师各因子分高于普通中学教师。结论 中小学教师存在心理问题 ,中学教师较小学教师严重 ,重点中学教师尤为严重。中小学教师的心理健康应予以高度关注
Objective To understand the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinxiang. Methods A total of 116 primary and secondary school teachers in Xinxiang City were surveyed by using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), and the results of the survey were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of SCL-90 in primary and secondary school teachers in Xinxiang were higher than those in other countries in terms of total score, total score, number of positive items, somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoid and psychotic factors Somatization factor and forcing factor, the scores of each factor are higher than that of primary school teachers; the factors of high school teachers are higher than that of junior middle school teachers; the factors of high school teachers are higher than that of ordinary secondary school teachers. Conclusion There are psychological problems in primary and secondary school teachers, secondary school teachers are more serious than primary school teachers and secondary school teachers are especially serious. The mental health of primary and secondary school teachers should be highly concerned
