目前我国的钢铁企业在发展的过程中存在深层次结构性矛盾突显的状况,从而会进一步加剧企业的经营困难状况。现阶段我国国内对于钢材的需求不高,且钢铁价格也呈现出不断下降的形势,为了能够转变这种局势就需要钢铁企业转变传统的管理观念,促进管理转型。钢铁企业在转型的过程中其重点是建立企业财务管理部门与业务部门之间的交流平台,从而引导与服务业务部门为企业创造更大的价值。并且采用管控精细化的方式、盘活存量资产、加强对资金的管控、创新管理模式以及不断地提高企业的运营效益,从而为企业的管理者提供有价值的经营决策。
At present, there are deep-seated structural contradictions in the development of China’s iron and steel enterprises, which will further aggravate the difficult operating conditions of enterprises. At this stage, the domestic demand for steel in China is not high, and the price of steel also shows a declining situation. In order to be able to change this situation, it is necessary for the steel enterprises to change their traditional management concepts and promote the transformation of management. In the process of transformation, the emphasis of iron and steel enterprises is to establish an exchange platform between the financial management department and the business department of the enterprise so as to guide and serve the business department to create greater value for the enterprise. In addition, the Bank adopted a refined management approach to revitalize existing assets, strengthen the management and control of funds, innovate management models and continuously improve the operational efficiency of enterprises so as to provide valuable management decisions to enterprise managers.
