“中国哈尔滨国际发供电及电工技术设备展览会”已经连续成功举办十届,与中国哈尔滨国际装备制造业博览会(简称“CHIME哈尔滨制博会”)同期召开,是东北三省最具影响力的电力行业盛会,也是目前在黑龙江举办的唯一一个国家级、国际性机械行业专业展会,“哈尔滨CHIME”由中国国际贸易促进委员会、黑龙江省人民政府、哈尔滨市人民政府共同主办,哈尔滨市工业和信息化委员会、黑龙江省贸促会、哈尔滨市贸促会、哈尔滨中信伟业展览有限公司具体承办,是中国国际贸易促进委员会正式批准的专业装备制造业国际展会,旨在配合国家东北老工业基地振兴战略的实施。
