The state key project was listed as one of the 50 major construction projects in Beijing in 2000. The completion of the second phase of the technical renovation project of the Beijing Jinqi Group’s Liulihe Cement Plant was completed. The ignition was successful on the morning of December 8th and production debugging was started. The second phase of the technical transformation of this plant is to build a new dry process kiln decomposition production line with a daily output of 2,000 tons of clinker after the first phase of renovation. This project is listed as a construction project of national debt.
