田径赛场上,接力赛跑最扣人心弦。运动员整体实力高出对手一筹的运动队,却因接力棒没有交接好而痛失好局的情况并不鲜见。因此,在接力比赛中,教练员和运动员无不高度重视接力棒交接时的技巧。2005～2006年期间,又有一批领导干部已经或即将走上新的工作岗位。在这新老交替的过程中,存在着一个交接好“接力棒”的问题。如何接好“棒”,跑好“步”,应引起足够的重视。
Track and field arena, the most exciting race relay. It is not uncommon for a sports team whose overall strength is higher than that of a rival’s sports team because of the lack of success of the relay baton. Therefore, in the relay race, coaches and athletes all attach great importance to the baton transfer skills. During the period from 2005 to 2006, a group of leading cadres were again or soon to embark on new jobs. In the course of this alternation between old and new, there is a question of handing over the “baton”. How to take a good “stick”, running a good “step”, should cause enough attention.
