目的:分析我院抗抑郁药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)法,对我院2005～2009年抗抑郁药的用药频度(DDDs)、用药金额及日均费用(DDC)进行统计和分析。结果:抗抑郁药用量逐年上升。氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛、选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制药(SSRIs)、三环类抗抑郁药(TCAs)的DDDs位居前列。结论:SSIRs已逐渐成为临床的首选用药;TCAs等经典抗抑郁药在临床应用中仍占有重要地位。
Objective: To analyze the use of antidepressants in our hospital and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The daily dose (DDD) method was used to count and analyze the DDDs, the amount of medication and the daily average cost (DDC) of antidepressants in our hospital from 2005 to 2009. Results: The amount of antidepressant increased year by year. Flupenthixol / melitracen, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) DDDs in the forefront. Conclusion: SSIRs have gradually become the first choice of clinical medicine. Classical antidepressants such as TCAs still play an important role in clinical application.
