实验以Besnoitia jellisoni免疫淋巴细胞作为非特异性对照,研究了弓形虫免疫淋巴细胞及其上清液对受感染仓鼠肾细胞保护作用的特异性。作者用雌性远交金黄叙利亚仓鼠、雌雄PD-4近交仓鼠及雌性小鼠(CF-1)进行实验。按Chinchilla等(1978)方法用RH、T-45和ts-4弓形虫株和B.jellisoni无囊A株的速殖子免疫动物。皮下注射10~4~10~5个弓形虫或B.jellisoni的速殖子感染仓鼠,因这两种寄生虫均可引起仓鼠致命的感染,故在饮水中需预防性服用磺胺甲基嘧啶钠
Experiments Besnoitia jellisoni immune lymphocytes as a non-specific control to study Toxoplasma immune lymphocytes and supernatant of infected hamster kidney cell specificity. The authors used female outbred Golden Syrian hamsters, male and female PD-4 inbred hamsters and female mice (CF-1) experiments. Animals were immunized with tachyzoites of RH, T-45 and ts-4 Toxoplasma gondii and B. jellisoni non-cyst A strains according to the method of Chinchilla et al. (1978). Subcutaneous injection of 10 to 4 to 10 to 5 Toxoplasma gondii or tachyzoites of B. jellisoni infect hamsters because both parasites can cause fatal infections in hamsters and therefore need to be administered prophylactically in drinking water
