目的:对腹腔镜手术中二氧化碳气腹对小儿呼吸循环的影响进行分析和探讨。方法:选择腹腔镜手术的患儿,分成实验组和对照组,对实验结果进行分析对比。结果:腹腔镜手术通过应用二氧化碳对气腹行荷电操作,具有创伤小、对腹腔内脏干扰少等优点,但是却对患者的脏器的生理机能以及免疫产生不好的影响,甚至还会引发术后肿瘤种植、转移、复发等问题。结论:二氧化碳气腹对小儿的呼吸和循环系统均有不同程度的影响。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the effect of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum on respiratory cycle in children during laparoscopic surgery. Methods: Children who underwent laparoscopic surgery were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental results were analyzed and compared. Results: Laparoscopic surgery through the use of carbon dioxide on the pneumoperitoneum charge operation, with less trauma, less abdominal visceral interference advantages, but the patient’s organ function and immune system have a bad influence, and even trigger Postoperative tumor planting, metastasis, recurrence and other issues. CONCLUSION: Carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum has different effects on respiratory and circulatory system in children.
