[目的]复查鼻咽癌高发区2610例鼻咽癌的病理组织学类型 ,比较未经治疗和复发性鼻咽癌在组织学类型构成方面的差异,以反映高发区鼻咽癌病理组织学类型构成的特点。[方法]复查1999年至2000年鼻咽活检4503人次 ,有适合组织学分型的鼻咽癌2610例。其中2370例是未经治疗的 ,240例是复发性的。比较未经治疗与复发性鼻咽癌病理组织学类型的构成。[结果]根据世界卫生组织的分型标准 ,绝大多数未经治疗的鼻咽癌 (2292/2370,96.71% )是非角化性癌 ,仅55例 (55/2370,2.32% )为角化性鳞状细胞癌。在2292例非角化性癌中 ,2088例 (2088/2292,91.10 % )是鼻咽型未分化癌。与未经治疗的鼻咽癌相比 ,角化性鳞状细胞癌在复发性鼻咽癌中所占的百分率(24/240,10%)以及分化型非角化性癌在非角化性癌中所占的百分率(40/214,18.69%)均显著增高(P<0.001)。[结论](1)在鼻咽癌高发区(广州)所见的鼻咽癌大多数是非角化性癌,其中以鼻咽型未分化癌占绝对优势 ;(2)在未经治疗的鼻咽癌中,角化性鳞状细胞癌和非角化性癌两大类在平均年龄和男女比例方面没有差异 ;(3)在经放疗后的复发性鼻咽癌中 ,分化较好的类型比率增高。

The percentage of keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma in recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (24/240, 10%) as compared to untreated nasopharyngeal carcinoma, as well as differentiated non-keratinizing carcinoma in non-keratinizing The percentage of cancers (40/214, 18.69%) was significantly higher (P <0.001).
