文章运用心境量表(POMS)和心理健康诊断测验(MHT)为研究工具,通过实验比较的研究方法探析体育专业大学生参与不同选项课教学对其心理健康和心境状态的影响。实验结果表明:教学实验后,参与舞狮选项课体育专业大学生的心理健康和心境优于参与其它选项课,且多项分量表呈极显著差异。证实“舞狮选项课教学+心理干预”能较好促进体育专业大学生的心理健康。
By using POMS and MHT as research tools, the paper uses experimental comparative research methods to analyze the influence of physical education college students on their mental health and mood state. The experimental results show that after the teaching experiment, the mental health and mood of PE majors participating in the Lion Dance course are better than those of other options classes, and the scores of the multiple subscales are significantly different. Confirmed “lion dance teaching options + psychological intervention ” can better promote the psychological health of college students majoring in physical education.
