目的探讨羊骨胶原肽(SBCP)对绝经后骨质疏松的防治作用。方法32只3.5月龄未交配过的健康雌性SD大鼠,按体重随机分为:空白对照组(假手术组)、模型对照组(去卵巢组)、样品1组(去卵巢+冷冻干燥SBCP)、样品2组(去卵巢+喷雾干燥SBCP);术后7d,以灌胃方式给予空白对照组和模型对照组蒸馏水(1ml/100g·d),样品1和2组给予SBCP1000mg/kg·d,10w后,测量体重、食物利用率和血清骨代谢主要生化指标及股骨密度(BD)、长度、直径等。结果模型对照组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)明显升高,而给予SBCP可抑制升高;模型对照组血清骨钙素(BGP)明显高于空白对照组,而样品组BGP低于模型对照组,且与空白对照组无差异。模型对照组股骨BD显著降低,而样品组BD降低幅度较小,其中样品1组BD显著高于模型对照组,与空白对照组相当。样品组股骨长度和直径均显著高于模型对照组。样品组血清骨代谢主要生化指标及股骨生长指标无明显差异。结论SBCP具有减少骨吸收,促进骨生长的作用,可有效缓解绝经后骨质疏松症的发生;胶原肽的干燥方式对其抗骨质疏松作用没有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of sheep collagen peptide (SBCP) on postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Thirty-two healthy female Sprague-Dawley rats aged 3.5 months were randomly divided into three groups according to body weight: blank control group (sham operation group), model control group (ovariectomized group), sample 1 group (ovariectomized + freeze-dried SBCP ), And group 2 (ovariectomized + spray-dried SBCP). On the 7th day after operation, the control group and the blank control group were given distilled water (1ml / 100g · d) After 10 weeks, the body weight, food utilization and the main biochemical indicators of serum bone metabolism and femur density (BD), length and diameter were measured. Results Serum Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) was significantly increased in model control group, but increased in SBCP group. BGP in model control group was significantly higher than that in blank control group, but BGP in model group was lower than that in model control group , And no difference with the blank control group. BD in the model control group decreased significantly, while BD in the sample group decreased less. The BD in sample 1 group was significantly higher than that in the model control group, which was comparable to the blank control group. The femur length and diameter of the sample group were significantly higher than the model control group. There was no significant difference in the main biochemical indexes of serum bone metabolism and femoral growth indexes in the sample group. Conclusion SBCP has the effect of reducing bone resorption and promoting bone growth and can effectively reduce the incidence of postmenopausal osteoporosis. The collagen peptide drying method has no obvious effect on the anti-osteoporosis effect.
