本文应用干扰素诱导剂聚肌胞联合维生素C及微量地塞米松治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎42例(44只眼),取得较满意的临床效果。其中浅层型24例(25只眼),治愈22只眼,治愈率88％;好转2只眼,有效率96％。深层型18例(19只眼),治愈13只眼,治愈率68.4％;好转3只眼,有效率84.2％。平均治疗天数浅层型为13.6天,深层型为25.4天,经6～22个月的随访,复发4只眼,复发率9.1％。由此可见本法对浅层型有显著的疗效,对深层型亦有较好的效果。同时对聚肌胞、维生素C、微量激素治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的作用原理进行了讨论。并探讨微量激素的重要意义。
In this paper, the use of interferon inducer polymyosist combined with vitamin C and trace dexamethasone in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis 42 cases (44 eyes), and achieved satisfactory clinical results. Among them, 24 cases were superficial (25 eyes) and 22 eyes were cured. The cure rate was 88%.
