The federal agricultural program has a great impact on the diversity of wildlife. For example, the implementation of programs such as the “Conservation of Private Areas” (CRP) can create permanent vegetation cover and grass birds will benefit. The evaluation of existing protection plans helps to set long-term goals and ensure the long-term sustainability of the beneficial plans. Quantitative analysis of vegetation and soil physical properties was conducted on the land where CRP was implemented in Ohio and the time and extent of bird disturbances during the spawning period were recorded. The bird utilization of these environments was measured and the birds associated with land characteristics For the parameters of land use, it was found that more than half of the plots were disturbed due to mowing during the spawning season (May-June). In these plots, 43 species of birds were inhabited. The use of several CRP plots by bird-dependent grasslands was related to the grassland area provided by the field and the adjacent grasslands. However, the abundance of all species has little to do with the age and field size of the permanent vegetation cover. In such habitats, the elimination of interference with plant cover during the breeding season is very beneficial to wildlife. Policies such as increasing the size of the grassland or creating a grass-covered layer similar to the existing grassland will help to promote the breeding of grass birds.
