目的观察不同杀虫剂的灭蚤效果,筛选优质高效的灭蚤剂。方法实验室用瓶膜法,现场采用滞留喷洒法。结果(1)10%功百害悬浮剂和8%大功达可湿性粉剂的药物浓度在0.0025%、0.005%时,印鼠客蚤24h死亡率均为100%。(2)家仆杀虫剂仅需0.5～3min就可将旱獭寄生蚤全部击倒,功百害和大功达次之,需5～7min,而杜邦万灵所需时间最长,为10～20min;从死亡时间看,施用家仆杀虫剂5min内蚤全部死亡,功百害和大功达则需30～40min,而杜邦万灵所用时间最长,为1～1.5h。结论8%大功达可湿性粉剂和10%功百害悬浮剂毒力强,现场灭效好,气味小,经济安全,可在鼠疫疫区现场灭蚤中推广使用。
Objective To observe the effects of different insecticides on flea fleeing and screen high-quality and efficient flea-killing agents. Methods Laboratory bottle membrane method, on-site retention spray method. Results (1) The drug-resistance of 10% Kobunsu suspension and 8% Dacongda WP was 0.0025% and 0.005%, respectively, and the 24-hour mortality rate was 100%. (2) Pesticide insecticides only 0.5 ~ 3min can be all downworm parasitic flea knocked down, Gong Huai and Gong Gong up to the second, take 5 ~ 7min, and Dupont Wanling longest time for 10 ~ 20min From the time of death, all the fleas were killed within 5 minutes after application of pesticides. The dosage of damaging and daigongda was 30-40 minutes, while the most prolonged time was 1-1.5 hours. Conclusions 8% Dacongda wettable powder and 10% Kobunshu suspension concentrate are strong in virulence. They are effective in killing on the spot, have low odor and are economical and safe. They can be widely used in fleas in the plague epidemic area.
