目的 实验中发现翼首草所含糖分较多 ,为较全面地考察翼首草药材的质量 ,故测定其还原糖与多糖的含量 ,为制定翼首草质量标准提供科学依据。方法 采用苯酚硫酸比色法。结果 翼首草含糖量较高 ,且不同药用部位含糖量不同。结论 糖的含量可考虑作为质量标准的指标之一。
Objective To find out that the total sugar content of Pterocephalus in the experiment is more for the sake of a more comprehensive examination of the quality of the herbal medicine of Pterocephalus, so the content of reducing sugar and polysaccharide is determined to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of the quality standard of Pterocephalus. Methods Phenol sulfuric acid colorimetry was used. Results The content of sugar in Pterocephalus was higher and the sugar content in different medicinal sites was different. Conclusion The sugar content can be considered as one of the indicators of quality standards.
