经过近三十年的改革开放,企业得到了长足的发展,企业基层广大党员的思想观念也随之发生了深刻的变化。不过,由于企业社会环境的特殊性,有的基层党组织在思想建设方面还是存在着一些问题。本文详细分析了基层党组织在思想建设方面存在的主要问题,并提出了改进对策。 After nearly thirty years of reform and opening up, enterprises have made great strides in their development. As a result, profound changes have taken place in the ideological concepts of the majority of party members at the grassroots level. However, due to the particularity of the corporate social environment, some grass-roots party organizations still have some problems in ideological construction. This article analyzes in detail the main problems existing in the ideological building of grass-roots party organizations and puts forward some countermeasures.
