简要介绍工业以太网/实时以太网及其组织/生产厂商,分析以太网的优势,研究以太网应用于工业现场所面临的各种问题,特别是通信实时性/确定性问题,指出解决措施。给出以太网在工业自动化领域中应用的两种基本网络架构:混合网络架构与全以太网网络架构及其各种型式;亦给出选择主流工业以太网应用层的一些建议。
It briefly introduces Industrial Ethernet / Real-Time Ethernet and its organizations / manufacturers and analyzes the advantages of Ethernet. It studies various problems that Ethernet faces in industrial sites, in particular, real-time / deterministic communications, and indicates solutions. This paper presents two basic network architectures of Ethernet applications in industrial automation: hybrid network architecture and full Ethernet network architecture and its various types; some suggestions are also given to choose the mainstream industrial Ethernet application layer.
