目的对破壁前后的松花粉进行质量鉴别研究。方法采用物理方法观察对比破壁前后的松花粉颜色、气味、味道、状态以及用电镜扫描显微状况,采用化学方法检测破壁前后松花粉的总黄酮、总多糖。结果用物理法水试及显微鉴别对比两者明显特征,可以区别破壁前后的产品,化学方法检测结果也能明显区别破壁前后的产品质量。结论普通消费者可用简单的水试法快速鉴别破壁前后的松花粉,而对于专业的研究人士则可以通过显微及化学成分测定法进行鉴别,更具科学性。
Objective To study the quality identification of pine pollen before and after broken. Methods The color, odor, taste and state of pine pollen before and after broken wall were compared by physical methods. The microscopic conditions were observed by electron microscopy. The total flavonoids and total polysaccharides of pine pollen were detected by chemical methods. The results of the physical test by water and microscopic identification of the obvious characteristics of both, before and after breaking the product can be distinguished, the chemical test results can be significantly different before and after breaking the product quality. Conclusion The average consumer can quickly identify the pine pollen before and after breaking through a simple water test. For the professional researchers, it can be more scientific by means of microscopic and chemical composition determination.
