本实验观察了电针刺激对不同妊娠阶段的家兔子宫肌电活动的影响及分娩期子宫肌电的特点。结果表明电针后早、中、晚孕期子宫肌电爆发波频率明显增加(P<0.01)。分娩过程中子宫肌电活动的特点是出现约每分钟一次的节律性爆发波。提示电针刺激诱导流产和分娩可能是通过增强子宫肌电活动而实现的。以子宫肌电为指标研究针刺对妊娠子宫的作用及其机理是一种有效的手段。
This experiment observed the electroacupuncture stimulation in different stages of pregnancy in rabbits myoelectromyography and the characteristics of uterine myoelectricity during childbirth. The results showed that the frequency of uterine myoelectric wave in early, middle and late pregnancy increased significantly (P <0.01). The myoelectric activity of the uterus during childbirth is characterized by a rhythmic burst of waves occurring about once per minute. Prompt electroacupuncture induced abortion and childbirth may be achieved by enhancing uterine myoelectric activity. To study the effect of acupuncture on uterine myoelectricity and its mechanism is an effective measure.
