在一个短短的时期内,我厂先后处理了四台小四轮缸套“断肩”的故障.其中有两台195系列,两台1100系列.其特征都是从缸套凸台与上安装环带处齐齐断开,其中最严重的一台半月内连续报废了4个缸套,最短一个缸套的寿命在试车十几秒钟就告终.经过我们检测分析,终于找出了原因,归纳起来有三点:1.缸垫和缸套内孔不配套.目前,195系列和1100系列的柴油机缸套均有带挡焰圈和不带挡焰圈两种,而缸垫亦分两种.切记不可错装!195系列柴油机不带挡焰圈的缸套应配用内孔为φ497毫米的缸垫,带挡焰圈的缸套应配用φ103—φ106毫米内孔的缸垫;1100系列的柴油机不带挡焰圈的缸套应配用内孔为φ101毫米的缸垫,带挡焰圈的缸套应配用φ108—φ110毫米内孔的缸垫.
