本文从分析摩擦搅拌焊(FSW)工艺的优点及存在的问题入手,阐述了解决该工艺在焊缝终端部留有残孔等问题的对策。介绍了大阪大学焊接科学研究所开发的复动型FSW装置的结构、特点及应用效果。
This article starts with the analysis of the advantages and existing problems of the friction stir welding (FSW) process and elaborates the countermeasures to solve the problems such as residual holes in the weld terminal. The structure, characteristics and application effects of the double acting FSW device developed by the Welding Science Institute of Osaka University are introduced.
