引起急性肾功能衰竭的原因很多。常见者可分肾前性、肾性和肾后性三大类。由鱼胆中毒所致的急性肾功能衰竭的临床报告尚少。我院从1974～1980年共抢救鱼胆中毒三例,其中一例中毒后发生休克,经及时治疗后恢复,未发生急性肾功能衰竭,另两例均发生急性肾功能衰竭,现报告如下。例一易××,女,56岁,住院号385,因无尿七天于1974年元月16日入院。患者用鱼胆治疗支气管哮喘,于1974年元月7、8两日先后服生鱼胆三个(鱼重共15斤),当
