空心抽油杆开式热水循环——掺热水采油工艺在大港枣园油田高粘高凝油开采中已获得成功应用.该工艺具有井筒结构简单、施工方便、加热效率高等优点.本文通过传热学和水动力学分析,揭示了掺水参数和空心抽油杆尺寸对掺水加热效果的影响,给出了它们的确定原则和方法.给定掺水压力上限后.通过计算机优化设计可求出满足井筒加热要求的掺水量和掺水温度.研究表明,采用较细的空心抽油杆可改善井筒加热效果,降低杆柱成本.
Hollow sucker rod open hot water cycle - hot water extraction technology in Dagang Zaoyuan Oilfield has been successfully applied in the high viscosity and high pour point condensate. The technology has the advantages of simple wellbore structure, convenient construction and high heating efficiency.Through the Heat transfer and hydrodynamic analysis, the effects of water mixing parameters and hollow sucker rod size on the effect of water heating were revealed, and the principles and methods of their determination were given. After the upper bound of water pressure was given, The water volume and water temperature can be obtained to meet the wellbore heating requirements.The research shows that the use of hollow sucker rod can improve the wellbore heating effect and reduce the cost of the column.
