目的:研究复方丹参片不同提取工艺下对大鼠急性心肌缺血的影响。方法:采用正交实验方法优选丹参的提取工艺;通过腹腔注射Iso建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,以造模前后的心电图观察其生理指标,用放射免疫法测定血清中CK、LDH、SOD、MDA的含量;取大鼠心肌制切片,HE染色,在光学显微镜下观察心肌组织病理学改变;系统评价微波提取工艺与传统提取工艺对复方丹参片药效的影响。结果:阳性组、微波工艺组、传统工艺组都能显著降低大鼠血清中CK、LDH水平,且微波工艺组与传统工艺组比较无显著性区别,都能减轻心肌损伤,降低缺血程度。结论:两种工艺下的复方丹参片对急性心肌缺血大鼠均有良好的治疗作用,药效作用没有差别。
Objective: To study the effects of different extraction processes of Fufang Danshen Tablets on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods: The extraction process of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The model of myocardial ischemia was established by intraperitoneal injection of Iso. The changes of CK, LDH, SOD and MDA were observed by radioimmunoassay before and after electrocardiogram The myocardial sections were made by HE staining. The pathological changes of myocardium were observed under optical microscope. The effects of microwave extraction and traditional extraction process on the pharmacodynamics of compound Danshen tablets were systematically evaluated. Results: The positive group, the microwave technology group and the traditional technology group could significantly reduce the levels of CK and LDH in the serum of the rats, and there was no significant difference between the microwave technology group and the traditional technology group, which could reduce the myocardial injury and reduce the degree of ischemia. Conclusion: The compound Danshen Tablets have good therapeutic effects on acute myocardial ischemia in rats and the pharmacodynamics have no difference.
