目的了解淮安市沿淮河和洪泽湖周边地区高砷水源分布范围及特点。方法采取普查和抽查相结合的方法,收集4个县147个村的水样。水砷筛查采取半定量试剂盒法,水砷定量测定采用原子荧光法。数据处理采用SPSSl3.0 for windows软件进行。结果共筛查了4个县147个村的11 704份水样,其中有2个县230份(分布在13个自然村)水含砷量超过了国家标准(0.05 mg/L),水样超标率1.97%,超标水样水砷含量0.052~0.330 mg/L,高砷暴露人口10 465人,高砷暴露儿童2 437人。结论沿淮河和洪泽湖周边地区盱眙、洪泽2县存在砷超标水井。
Objective To understand the distribution range and characteristics of high-arsenic water sources along Huaihe River and around Hongze Lake. Methods The method of combining census and random sampling was used to collect water samples from 147 villages in 4 counties. Water arsenic screening to take semi-quantitative kit method, water arsenic determination by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Data processing using SPSSl3.0 for windows software. Results A total of 11 704 water samples from 147 villages in 4 counties were screened. 230 of the 2 counties (distributed in 13 villages) had arsenic content higher than the national standard (0.05 mg / L) A rate of 1.97%. The arsenic content of water samples exceeded 0.052-0.330 mg / L, the number of high-arsenic exposed population was 10,465, and the number of high-arsenic-exposed children was 2,357. Conclusions Arsenic exceeding wells exist along the Huaihe River and around the Hongze Lake in Xunyi and Hongze counties.
