关于正常人左、右上肢血压的差异历来众说不一,或谓相差5mmHg或谓10~20~+mmHg等,使临床工作者无所适从。传统认为,由于右侧肱动脉解剖位置的缘故致使右侧血压高。在高血压普查时亦强调以右上肢血压测值为准。近年有人也以肱动脉位置的差异为理由认为左侧血压高。现就上述问题及其临床意义探讨如下。 对象和方法 对本院内科门诊就医者无选择地测量左、右上肢血压(间隔3分钟)。剔除大血管病变及两侧血压都超过140/90mmHg的测量对
