一、引言 已往对矿物结构的测定主要是依靠X射线衍射,但这种结构测定方法是间接的,而且是亿万个单位晶胞的平均结果。近十几年发展起来的高分辨电子显微术则可以将单位晶胞内原子排列直接成象,从而不仅在测定矿物的晶体结构方面能与X射线衍射有相辅相成的作用,而且为观察几百埃范围以内的局部结构与晶体缺陷提供一种理想的方法。我们利用JEM-200CX高分辨电子显微镜对在我国发现的包头矿拍摄了三种取向的高分辨象,直观地显示了晶体中重原子分布的位置,证实了X射线结构分析的结果。
I. INTRODUCTION In the past, the determination of mineral structure mainly relied on X-ray diffraction. However, this method of determination of structure is indirect and is the average result of hundreds of millions of unit cells. Nearly a decade of high-resolution electron microscopy developed can be the unit cell within the atomic arrangement of direct imaging, which not only in the determination of the crystal structure of minerals and X-ray diffraction can complement each other, but also for the observation of hundreds A local structure within the range and crystal defects provide an ideal method. We use JEM-200CX high-resolution electron microscope to photograph the high-resolution images of three orientations in Baotou Mine discovered in our country, and visually display the distribution of heavy atoms in the crystal, confirming the result of X-ray structure analysis.
